Minerics UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schellingstraße 18, 70794 Filderstadt, Germany, is controller for Sendhey account administration, service security, legal compliance and abuse handling. Customers remain controllers for visitor information they choose to collect through their content and gates.
Account data is kept for as long as the workspace is active, and is deleted after authorized termination. Links, their hosted content, and their policy history are kept for as long as the link or account exists, and are deleted when the owner revokes or deletes the link, or when the account is terminated. Visitor-side data collected through a gate is short-lived: a one-time handoff token used to complete a redirect lasts 60 seconds, an access session lasts 10 minutes, and a decided or claimed access request is deleted after 90 days. A visitor's signed analytics-consent preference lasts 180 days, and is replaced immediately if the visitor changes their choice. Raw visitor events are deleted after 30 days and daily aggregate rollups after 90 days; deleting a link or account removes this data immediately rather than waiting for those windows.
Sendhey uses report identity, contact details, the reported location, allegation, case decisions and delivery evidence to receive, assess and resolve illegal-content notices, protect rights, comply with legal duties and defend claims. Reporter identity is not disclosed to the affected Customer unless strictly necessary and lawfully reviewed. No report narrative or identity enters product analytics.
Open cases are retained while investigated. Closed case identity and decision evidence is restricted and retained only for the case-specific limitation, legal-duty, safety and dispute period recorded by the human owner, then deleted.
