Sendhey conservatively operates as a Digital Services Act hosting service for the Lean pilot and applies the baseline duties in Articles 11–18. Open capability links may also be an online-platform function; that boundary remains under qualified-counsel review. Minerics UG is established in Germany, so an Article 13 non-EU representative is not required. As a micro enterprise, Minerics records the Article 15 transparency-report exemption and, if the open-link function is an online platform, the Article 19 exemption without treating either exemption as removing Articles 11–18 or Article 24(3).
Authorities, the European Commission and the Board may contact support@sendhey.app under Article 11. Recipients may use support@sendhey.app under Article 12 or the electronic Report illegal content mechanism for a specific hosted item. German and English are accepted. These channels are reviewed by a human and do not rely solely on automated tools.
Any person may report a specific allegedly illegal item electronically. Human reviewers assess sufficiently precise notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way. Sendhey may leave content available, disable a link, or restrict service where law or the Customer Terms require it. Reporters receive receipt and decision/redress information when contact details are provided. Affected Customers receive the restriction, scope, duration, facts, legal or contractual ground, automation status and available review or judicial redress.
